Class Descriptions


The slow, controlled movements of each heart pounding class incorporate cardio, strength training, endurance, core, flexibility, and balance – not only in each 40 minute session, but in each and every move. Prepare to sweat, shake, and sculpt your body in ways you never thought possible. The intensity of this class is rivaled only by our killer playlists.    


Prepare to sweat as you experience 30 minutes of Megaformer intensity. MEGACORE & ARMS focuses exclusively on your core, obliques, and arms for 30 straight minutes and will tone and sculpt your body in ways you never thought possible!*Experience on the Megaformer is strongly encouraged.


At Reform Fitness, you can Lagree with your little! This heart pounding 40 minute session is where family and fitness collide. At Reform Fitness, you can sculpt long, lean muscles (we’re giving a whole new meaning to “dad bod” and “mom jeans”) without sacrificing precious family moments. While children are MEGA welcome to watch mom and dad take class, we do not offer child care – babies and toddlers must be placed in a seat or stroller for the duration of the session. Love the class time, but don’t have a kid to bring? No sweat! You are not required to BYOB (bring your own baby). You are more than welcome to attend Little Lagree without a child, just be advised that children may be present.  


Keep an eye out for our pop up classes! These sessions do not have a permanent place on the schedule, so they will “pop up” at various times. Some have a fun theme and some target a specific muscle group, but they all are MEGA amazing!
